Dr. Polasky was raised here in South Florida. She completed her undergraduate education at The Ohio State University and earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) in Cleveland, Ohio. After completing her Doctorate of Dental Science degree at CWRU, Dr. Polasky went on to obtain a full year clinical concentration program focused on restoring dental implants. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Polasky enjoys playing tennis, attending musicals and loves spending time with her husband and their two young children.
